Resident of Galena Park for seven years. As Commissioner for Parks & Recreation, Ms. Garcia will implement the following goals: Generate Economic benefits via public parks. Create recreational and services to improve the quality of life of our citizens. Provide to the citizens of Galena Park the opportunity to be physically active by creating programs to all age groups.
